Silke is a qualified translator for the language pair English and German (Advanced Diploma in Translation at the University of Namibia) and has experience in translating various texts and projects.

In addition, she offers individualised one-to-one sessions for speech and voice coaching. She also offers career guidance and personality profiling services.

Her consulting work began in 1995 and she has 25 years' experience in soft-skills training, with courses such as Presentation Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Business English, Customer Care, Time management, Creativity, Change Management, Supervisory Skills and others.

Silke lives with her family in Windhoek, Namibia. In her free time, she loves to do Pilates and walking for exercise and has hiked the Fish River Canyon and the Naukluft Mountains (Namibia).

She is the author of the book ‘Communicating Confidently – Hands-on Skills for Presentations and Speeches’ which was released 2017.
